As a volunteer with the Global Loyalty Program Auditors (GLPA), I have the privilege of applying my knowledge and passion for customer service to evaluate and improve loyalty programs across various sectors. It is my belief that a well-crafted loyalty program not only rewards customers but also resonates with their expectations and values, creating a bond that goes beyond transactions.

In my role at GLPA, I focus on assessing how loyalty programs align with best practices in customer service and how they can be optimized to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
