Synchrony Bank offers its customers a loyalty program known as TJX rewards. Synchrony credit cardholders (TJX Rewards® Credit Card or TJX Rewards® Platinum Mastercard®) earn points for net purchases made with those credit cards. When a member reaches the 1,000-point threshold, they receive a Reward Certificate. This certificate can be spent on purchases in the TJX family of stores (T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra and Homesense stores in the United States). Certificates come in both paper and electronic form. Of course, it is more convenient and faster to use the online method of redeeming rewards.

How to get TJX rewards certificate online
If you want to get your TJX rewards certificate online, you need to register at TJXRewards.com. Registered cardholders can manage their account, view their points balance, and keep track of their certificates. You need a TJX account to link to your TJX Rewards credit card account and access your Rewards Certificates digitally. How to redeem TJX rewards points online
To redeem your rewards certificate online, you must link your TJX credit card. If you link your card, your rewards certificates will be available when you log in to the TJX family of apps (T.J.Maxx, HomwGoods, Marshalls). They can be spent on purchases at any TJX store.
The TJX Rewards credit card does not need to be linked to your account necessarily. You can do this in order to easily access a digital copy of your Rewards Certificates within 48 hours of receiving them. After all, paper certificates take a very long time to arrive, in contrast with online Rewards Certificates, which will be available at checkout at tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com or homegoods.com within 48 hours of receiving them when you log into your TJX account.
How to pay my TJX rewards card online
If you have a TJX credit card it doesn't mean you have a TJX Rewards account. If you've never paid a bill online at tjxrewards.com, your card probably hasn't been registered yet. To pay with your card online and get rewards for purchases at web stores, you need to register your credit card at tjxrewards.com.
You can always check if you have a TJX Rewards account. Simply check your TJX Rewards credit card credentials. To do this, go to tjxrewards.com and select Search for a User ID or Password or Register under Safe Login.
How to link your TJX Rewards credit card
To complete the link, you will need both TJX Account and TJX Rewards credit card account.

To link TJX card, log into your account at tjmaxx.com, marshalls.com, or homegoods.com. Then go to TJX Rewards under My Account. Click Link My Card. Next, log in with your TJX Rewards credit card credentials to complete the linking.
How to link TJX Credit Card in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls or HomeGoods apps?
First, log in to your T.J.Maxx app account (or the account you use for Marshalls or HomeGoods). Go to Rewards. Then click Link My Card. Enter your TJX Rewards credit card credentials in the appropriate fields to complete the linking.
