Iceland Bonus Card Savings Scheme

The Bonus Card savings scheme allows you to accumulate points as you shop, which you can then use to save money on future purchases. For every £1 you spend, you earn one point on your Bonus Card. Once you have collected enough points, you can then redeem them for discounts on your next shop. Every 250 points earned equates to a £1 discount.

You can add savings to your registered Bonus Card in-store by cash, debit/credit card, online via the My Account page or App using an acceptable payment method. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for savings to be added to your card.
No interest is added to your balance, but your savings are ring-fenced in a separate Iceland Bonus Card Savings trust bank account. You'll receive a £1 bonus each time an aggregate of £20 of savings is added to your balance. The maximum amount of savings and rewards allowed on a Bonus Card at any one time is £1,000.

Please note that bonuses or promotional amounts added by us do not count towards a £20 milestone. Each £1 bonus will be automatically added to your balance within 48 hours of meeting a £20 milestone. You can redeem your savings to purchase products in participating Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores or online at the Iceland website. Unfortunately, they cannot be used in a franchise store or within The Range.

If you're using a digital Bonus Card on a mobile device and want to redeem savings in-store, you may be asked to provide identification that displays your name. We won't give any change (cash) if you redeem your savings in part, and any remaining balance will remain on your Bonus Card.

You can check your balance online, on the App, in-store at the till, or via our Customer Care team. Employees of Iceland can save using their Bonus Card but won't be eligible for staff discounts when adding savings to their card or participating in competitions or prize draws. However, they can use their staff discount card when redeeming savings.

As well as the Bonus Card, Iceland Foods also offers a range of other rewards and benefits for their customers. • Sign-Up Bonus. As a new Bonus Card holder, you might get a sign-up bonus, like free gifts or bonus money to spend. If you qualify, Iceland will send you an email (if you've agreed to receive marketing emails from Iceland) and the bonus will be added to your card within 5 days. The email will tell you when it will expire, usually within 2 weeks. If you don't use the bonus by then, it will be gone.
• Extra Bonus. Iceland might give some customers extra bonuses at any time. The terms and conditions, including the amount and when it will expire, will be sent to you.
• Coupons and Discounts. From time to time, Iceland might send Bonus Card holders coupons, offers, or discounts. These can only be used by the person they are sent to and with the Bonus Card. There may be terms and conditions to follow, as well.

Spend £45 Competition

For the Spend £45 Competition, to enter the prize draw, you must complete an online purchase of £45 or more for next day delivery. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Each day, Iceland will randomly select one winner who will receive a £10 voucher code. The voucher code will be sent to the winner's email address and must be used within five working days.

If you cancel or amend your purchase, you may forfeit the prize. By entering the competition, you agree to participate in publicity related to the prize draw. If you have any questions, please contact Iceland Customer Care.

Over 60s: Win a Year’s Worth of Shopping

Iceland is running a prize draw for UK residents aged 60 or over who have a Bonus Card and can prove their age. The winner will receive £2,500 to be added to their Bonus Card to use for shopping. The prize must be used within 24 months of upload and any remaining balance will be forfeited. The winner will be the customer who makes the 8,000,000th transaction using Iceland’s Over-60s discount.

Employees and staff of Iceland, their families, and anyone connected with the prize draw are not allowed to enter. The winner will be contacted by phone or email within 48 hours after the winning transaction takes place.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw on Iceland's social media channels. The personal data processed about each entrant for the prize draw will be limited to the details held on their Bonus Card account.

Iceland Store Opening Voucher Giveaway

Sometimes Iceland store holds a charity event and gives visitors vouchers for purchases. The new Iceland store at West Orchards Shopping Centre in Coventry is giving away vouchers to the first 100 customers in line on February 7, 2023, starting at 8am. Each voucher will be worth between £5 and £100, and can only be used at the Coventry West Orchards Iceland store from February 7 to February 19, 2023. Only UK residents aged 18 or over (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man) are eligible to receive the vouchers.

“Win Your Basket” prize draw

1. To enter the prize draw, customers must complete an online shopping order with Iceland for same day or next day delivery costing £65.00 or more, starting at 8am on 09 June 2020. Iceland reserves the right to end the prize draw at any time.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents who are 18 years or older. Employees and their families of Iceland, and anyone connected with the prize draw, are not eligible to participate. Orders placed before or after the prize draw has ended will not be considered.
3. At the end of each day of the prize draw, Iceland will randomly select one winner using a computer process.
4. The prize is a refund of the full cost of the winner's order, paid back to the payment card used for the order.
5. The winner will be contacted by private message within 5 days of placing their order. The order will be charged as usual and then refunded through the same payment method, which may take up to 5 working days. If the final cost of the order is lower than the cost at the time of entering the prize draw, the difference will not be refunded. If the order is cancelled or the payment declined, the prize will be forfeited.
6. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred. Iceland may substitute the prize with another item of similar value.
7. The result of the prize draw is final and no discussion will be entertained. Iceland reserves the right to change the prize draw or its rules at any time without notice. Iceland is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, or not transmitted due to computer errors or other reasons beyond their control.
8. By entering the prize draw, winners agree to participate in Iceland's publicity efforts, which may include their name and location, as well as the amount won, being shared on social media. If a winner does not want to be part of this publicity, they must notify Iceland Customer Care.
