Model of Loyalty program: The Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus is a universal discount card that gives access to exclusive discounts and rewards on the purchase of goods and services at more than 300 partner establishments nationwide. The card offers rewards and discounts on clothing and groceries, tuition and apprenticeship fees, fuel costs, restaurant and club bills. In essence, the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus is a combination of the Pag-IBIG loyalty card programme and the AUB prepaid account product, which allows the card to have ATM functions.

Additional perks: The Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card (Plus) can be used as a government ID card in the Philippines (secondary valid ID card). The advantage of this type of card is that it is easy and cheap to obtain.

Type of card: Name card with photo and biometric data.
What is the difference between the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card and the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus?
The Pag-IBIG Plus loyalty card is supplemented with the functions of a bank account and a debit card for crediting Pag-IBIG funds. The basic options for receiving benefits and discounts from Pag-IBIG partners are fully retained.
The card is linked to a pre-paid AUB bank account (www.aub.com.ph). Therefore, the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus can be used for:
- loan repayments,
- to make payments on loans,
- withdrawal of cash from ATMs,
- paying for products
Program validity period: unlimited. The Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus is a one-time purchase with no expiry date, so it does not need to be renewed.

How to apply Pag-IBIG loyalty card
Active members of the Pag-IBIG Foundation can register for the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus. For this purpose, you have to register.
Fill in the application form for the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus (HQP-PFF-108).
Take the completed application to your nearest Pag-IBIG Foundation branch. You can find the branch nearest to you by searching on https://www.aub.com.ph/hellopagibig/branch.
You will also need your ID card for verification and a photocopy of one valid identification card (ID) at the bank.
Pay the appropriate card fee of PHP 125.
Have your photograph and biometric data taken. These details need to be verified with an accredited bank operator.
Receive a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus.
Remember to change your PIN code once you receive the card for your own safety.
Important information. You can only have one active Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus from AUB. If you purchase another card from AUB, the previous card will be automatically deactivated. Your prepaid account and funds will be linked to the new card.
Pag-IBIG loyalty card requirements
To receive a Pag-IBIG loyalty card you need the following:
- One valid government ID
- Permanent Member Identification Number (MID)
- Active Pag-IBIG membership (at least 1 Pag-IBIG contribution within the last 6 months)
- payment of the fee (PHP 125 payable once)

How to get Pag-IBIG ID at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph
If you do not have a valid Pag-IBIG ID, you can obtain one online at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph. Follow the steps below:
Go to the Pag-IBIG website https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/loyaltycard.html.
Enter your full name and date of birth. Then enter the CAPTCHA code and click on Continue.
Fill in the required fields on the online registration form. Then click Next to proceed to the next section.
Once you have completed the Pag-IBIG online membership form, click on Submit Registration. The Successful Registration page will appear and you will receive a text confirmation.
Click the Print MDF button to print or save the registration form.
Once you have completed your online registration with Pag-IBIG, pay attention to the Registration Tracking Number (RTN) sent to you by SMS. The RTN can also be found on your MDF.
Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus application form
The Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus application form can be obtained in two ways - at a bank branch or online.
You can pick up the application from the bank at any of the Pag-IBIG branches listed on the website (search for branches and bank branches here). You will need to confirm your membership of Pag-IBIG. You will be given a form to fill in and give to the bank's staff.

Filling in the Pag-IBIG card application form requires attention. The form itself is quite large - be careful when filling in the data.
