RBL Bank offers a generous rewards program to cardholders. RBL Rewards has become very popular in India - more and more Indian residents are joining the program. Why? It's very simple – RBL Bank offers a wide range of banking products to suit all tastes and needs (Supercard, credit cards, debit cards, savings accounts and more) and any customer automatically becomes a member of the rewards scheme. Accrued points can be redeemed for vouchers for purchases and expensive prizes. To check your points balance and cash them out, you need to log in to RBL Rewards. RBL Rewards points
Points are awarded for transactions made with RBL Bank cards.
The choice of goods for redeeming the earned RBL Rewards points is truly huge – more than five thousand goods from dozens of stores!
The bonus points you earn can be exchanged for valuable prizes:
- privileged flights
- hotel stays
- high-class gadgets
You can also buy points to top up your cell phone account. On the rewards portal you can find the full list of what you can spend RBL points on.
Bonus points are not credited for the following transactions:
- Transfer n Pay
- Payment for educational services
- utility bill payments
- insurance
- Cash withdrawals
- Loans (MoneyTap, ET Money, Paisa on Demand)
- Monthly installments (EMI) on credit cards
- Fees and charges
- Any purchases made at gas stations/refueling stations
Points are valid for 24 months. If you don't have time to spend the points within that period, they will be burned. But two years seems like enough time to choose something from RBL Bank's large list of rewards https://www.rblrewards.com/RedeemPoints.aspx
How do I redeem my RBL Supercard points?
Login at www.rblrewards.com with your username and password. Click on 'Recharge', select the operator and provide the number to be recharged. After providing the number, proceed to payment. Click on Reward Points and select the number of points you want to redeem.
Important: The points you have accumulated on one RBL Bank card account cannot be combined with the points earned on Supercards. But, if you have more than one Supercard – you can combine points to get a more valuable reward.
It is also important that the RBL Bank card is not overdue or suspended at the time of redemption of accumulated points.
Your accumulated points are available for redemption only after the card's statement cycle. For example, if you earned bonus points on March 1, 2022, and the billing cycle is March 12, 2022, the bonus points will be available for redemption after January 12, 2022.

What do I do if I can't log in www.rblrewards.com?
If you can't log in, you can change your username or password online. Just click on the "Forgot Password" link and a password reset message will be sent to your email address.

Even if you've forgotten your username and password, don't despair! Just call to support service and talk to bank employees. To regain access to your account you'll need to update your credentials. To do this you'll need a secret question and the answer to it, which you specified during registration. This question will be used to confirm your identity.
