Www.tescoviews.com: a way to win a £1000 GiftCard on Tesco Survey

| Published | LAST UPDATED .

The popular UK retail chain Tesco (Tesco Stores Ltd) is inviting everyone to take part in its shopping satisfaction survey. The reward for taking part will be a £1000 GiftCard. The card is drawn monthly amongst all survey participants. The guaranteed prize for participation is 25 points towards a Tesco Club Card (we told you how to get Tesco Club Card here). In this article we tell you where and how to take the Tesco Customer Viewpoint Survey.

Tesco Customer Viewpoint Survey – what is it?

The Tesco Customer Survey is a customer experience tool that collects statistical data on purchases. In simple terms, it is honest feedback from customers on whether or not they like the shop and service. There is a questionnaire on www.tescoviews.com which the visitor can fill in to help improve service in Tesco shops.

The Tesco Views customer satisfaction survey can be completed online at www.tescoviews.com. You will need 10 - 15 minutes to complete the survey and answer 20 questions. You will only be required to give honest answers about your shopping experience at Tesco.

You can express your ideas and complaints directly. This survey is a direct link between the company and its customers to learn about the company's performance. So please try to answer the questions in detail.

The survey is partly anonymous. Partial because you do have to leave your personal details (phone number and card number) if you want to take part in prize draw.

Therefore, you can consider the Tesco Customer Viewpoint Survey as part of Tesco's loyalty program. After all, one way or another, you will need to register for the program in order to enter the competition.

Please note that there is one separate prize draw for completing the survey for Tesco grocery shops and the Tesco.com online shop (online grocery ordering).

Who can enter the £1000 GiftCard competition?

The competition is open to any UK citizen aged 18 years or over. Exceptions are Tesco Stores Ltd. employees and their relatives and InMoment Inc. employees and their family members or agents. InMoment Inc is administering the survey.

Important: prizes for participation are awarded per household. Therefore, taking the survey as a family increases your chance of winning, but you can still only take one prize.

To take part in the survey, you need to make a purchase at Tesco and take the receipt. The receipt will contain a four-digit code – this is where the survey will start.

You do not need to be a Tesco cardholder, but if you want to not only take the survey but also win a prize, you need to have a card and register it before the survey begins.

When can I take the Tesco Views Survey?

The survey has been running since 2017 and since then many lucky winners have already won prizes from Tesco.

The current closing date for entries is 26 February 2023.

Remarkable! You can complete the Tesco survey monthly and receive a guaranteed 25 points on your Clubcard each month! Please note that only the prize of 25 Clubcard points is allocated per household.

How to get a £1000 GiftCard from Tesco?

The draw for the £1000 GiftCard takes place monthly on the first Tuesday of each month. The winner will be notified by email or phone. Be careful – if you don't reply to the email or phone call, your prize will be given to an alternate winner.

Keep an eye on the list of winners on the website. The winner will be determined at random, regardless of how and in what tone the feedback was written. You can see the list of winners here
