Tellaldi - how to take the survey and earn €200

Major food retailer ALDI is running a competition among its customers. In order to take part in the competition, you need to complete a survey on the quality of service in the ALDI shop chain. Two prizes of €200 in the form of an ALDI shopping voucher are drawn among the participants of the survey. Not only users registered in the loyalty program can take part in the survey (but you have to become a regular customer to get rewards).

Like Aldi tell Aldi (ALDI Customer Satisfaction Survey) is a service to collect information from customers of the ALDI shop chain who share their shopping experience. Responses to the survey are processed to provide a detailed picture of ALDI's discounter supermarkets. The data collection helps to determine the company's future development strategy and helps to offer customers demanded products and tailored offers.

For residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland, ALDI shops offer a survey with an opportunity to earn rewards.

How to participate in the Like Aldi tell Aldi competition?

It is very easy to enter the competition. You have to go to the Website (www.tellaldi.comor and answer the questions. The answers take about 5 minutes.

Then you need to fill in and submit an entry form and leave feedback about your shopping experience at ALDI. Tell us about how you shop at ALDI, what you like, and what you would like to change.

The feedback should be honest. You do not have to write a positive review if you think something is being done badly in ALDI shops. The survey is conducted to collect real opinions from real people.

Reviews must be written in good faith and must be honest and in accordance with generally accepted standards of etiquette.  Please note that ALDI may contact you to discuss your feedback in connection with the competition.

Who can take part in the ALDI websurvey?

The Like Aldi tell Aldi competition is open to any person aged 18 years or over and domiciled in the UK and Republic of Ireland, except ALDI employees and their immediate family members; and InMoment employees.

How to take Tellaldi survey at

To access the participation form, you will need the 12-digit code from your ALDI shop receipt. Enter the code shown on the receipt in the appropriate form. survey receipt code


Next, enter the date and time of your visit to the ALDI shop.

Click on the NEXT button to start the survey.

Describe your impressions of your visit to the shop and rate the performance of the staff. On a suggested scale from satisfied to dissatisfied, answer each survey question honestly. Press NEXT.

Fill in the feedback form. Add your comments.

Include personal information (name, address, phone number and email address) at the end of the survey. Be sure to spell correctly and include a valid phone number and email address so we can contact you if you win.

To complete the survey, click the NEXT button.

Once you complete and submit the form, look forward to the monthly prize draw. You are only eligible to win one prize every 4 months.

All receipt from ALDI shops in the UK and Republic of Ireland are entered into the Competition. The winner is determined at random.

A maximum of two survey entries per household per week may be submitted.

Tellaldi Survey Rewards

ALDI draws two separate prizes each month in the form of ALDI vouchers worth €200.00. The draw of each month will take place in the first week of the following month.

The winners will be announced on the ALDI Twitter page, and on the ALDI website. survey winners


Each winner will have to choose which shop will use the prize voucher.

If you are the winner, ALDI will try to contact you by email or phone. So be in touch. If ALDI does not hear back from you, an alternative winner will be chosen. 

Prize vouchers will be sent to the email address you provided when you contact ALDI. Vouchers will be delivered within 14 days.

Important! Winners of the competition may be invited to participate in advertising related to their winnings, but participation in such advertising is not compulsory.
